I paint in my kitchen where the light is good. My subject matter tends to be flowers gathered from my garden, fruit bought from local markets and a selection of jugs, plates and bowls collected over the years.

     I was trained as a painter at The Ruskin School of Art in Oxford, England and later studied History and Theory of Art at Sussex University.
